ECA get to pick 2 members of the UEFA executive council of 16, being a progressive association at least one must be female.
Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, City, Chelsea and Spurs are ordinary members, Leicester, Everton, Villa and Newcastle are associate members. I don't don't the difference between them.
