Cheers for the PM, I find it incredible but not surprised that the PSG president is on the Uefa executive committee. Another example and one not lost on our owners that Uefa are not fit for purpose.

An investor turns up at Bury FC and says I want to save the club from extinction. In 4 years I want to win the CL. I have 3 Trillion to spend and will build a new stadium and team to do it.

Sadly UEFA say sorry u can,t do that and comply with FFP.

    Bury go out of business?

But hey Real Madrid and the rags go marching on.

I've never had any doubt that part of our strategy will be evidence of UEFA setting precedents in their dealings with other clubs, it always made total sense to me.

I say let the c***s sweat and leave it till 2 minutes before the deadline runs down, then notify them. That's assuming our fax machine is a significantly better model than the rag's.
