I guess we'll find out if all the amateur lawyers, ITK's and future predictors on here were gloriously right or disastrously wrong.

Martyn Ziegler thinks we'll find out the outcome in July.

Martyn Ziegler also thought that Raheem Sterling wasn't good enough for a really top club.

I'd love it if Liverpool now take a stance and make Sterling stay until the end of his contract in 2017.

@RobStewart_ sad thing is he's not good enough for a really top club

Given the fact that this appears to be going to a full hearing and notwithstanding that the hearing itself will not be public, whatever Judgment the Court hands down will be public and will have to be well-reasoned. That should give us a good idea of the evidence produced by both sides.

i guess we can expect a string of stories against us in the media, on the run in to the heavyweight championship fight of the century . I expect the dippers ,scum and Arse PR departments will be working overtime .

Interesting that the hearing is scheduled for 3 days which suggests robust arguments from both sides rather than just us disputing the process or the emails.

Yup, and I’ll be delighted if we do better than cop for a reduced ban. The media has already seen to it that we’ve been tried and found guilty in the court of public opinion, and if there’s the slightest ambiguity in our evidence I’ll be surprised if CAS has the stones to overturn the UEFA judgment. Given the wider implications, this must be one of the biggest rulings they’ve ever had to make. Fingers crossed, but Courts are a law unto themselves
