How can cas take those stolen emails on face value?

Here you go Cas we got these stolen emails for evidence for you!
Wouldn't that be screenshots of pictures of stolen emails, rather? Somebody put on here a while back that Der Spiegel also do not actually have the stolen emails.

Do it league by league, dragging it out, before leaving the PL to the very last ...............................................................and then bring the hammer down on the dippers last desperate hopes .

Fuck the twats and their co-conspirators .
I see a flaw in this.
How do they engineer a place for the rags in the chumps league?

This is much more serious and I believe the Yorkshire Post and the local Sheffield paper have both written articles on why the blades didn't join in the communal back stabbing. I'm also pretty sure Martin Samuel wouldn't have written that article condemning the actions of the named eight clubs unless he was sure he was in solid ground.
Correct - he wouldn't have his name anywhere near it.........

Tolmie's revelation that the sum total of their evidence are some screenshots of emails of dubious authenticity really shows how under the cosh uefa are from the cartel. Surely they can't be that stupid.

Uefa have recently forwarded CAS everything from the Der Spiegel articles.

They have NOTHING first hand, it's truly unbelievable.

Staggering.

I think we've suspected for a long time that UEFA have very little to use against us, if anything, but this screams of the arrogance of a corrupt organisation which is sure it will never be called to account and so it can abrogate to itself the roles of prosecution, judge and jury with absolutely no concern whatsoever for due process. It's the same arrogance that leads to eight PL clubs announcing that they don't need any evidence because they know City have been breaking the rules all the time and so due process isn't necessary and appeals are a waste of time. Staggering. But City will show that they can and will be held to account and they will find it very painful.

That's why Ceferin was shitting his pants, pleading with us to do a deal.
That's why the C@nts Cartel are desperate to see us banned, even if we're innocent.
That's why there's a nasty whiff of excrement in the Anfield boardroom.

The ban is the only way of hurting us & even if it's only for a season, it will hurt us. It's their last shot before we take the scummy twats down. I hope the other 5 clubs know what they've let themselves in for.

Of course they haven't gone full pelt at us without good evidence, that would be suicidal for them, this is a heavy weight battle, they must think they have enough
