If and when football gets back up, which at the moment looks a long way off. The bosses at UEFA have got to wait until all of the Governments of Europe, say it is all right for sport to start up again. Before they decide to start their comps back up again. All that is need is for the BRITISH GOVERNMENT, or any other GOVERNMENT to come out and say the lockdown is continuing until the end of SEPTEMBER or maybe even later.

What is UEFA going to do. Just say that the BRITISH GOVERNMENT states that locked down is continuing, and there will be no flights in and out of the BRITISH ISLES, apart from repatriation flights. Even if the rest of EUROPE decides to do away with the strict lockdown that has been going on. Should this lead to the rest of Europe saying that sport can continue, albeit behind closed doors. This will leave UEFA with a very big predicament as to how and when to start up again. There is no way they can restart if there is even 1 country is still in lockdown. This would leave UEFA with a almighty headache.

Let's have a conference call to the team at UEFA that is responsible for our ban and tell them straight. You either drop the charges or we will see you in court. If we have to go to court we will be looking for damages running into the hundreds of million £'s. We will give you one week to come up with your answer. After that we are going to start court proceedings against the whole of UEFA. It is time to bring all of this to an end

A bit late. We are "going to court"! CAS is merely the first step on a road that leads through the Swiss courts to the ECJ if we wish and/or if it's necessary. What makes you think we haven't already told them "straight"?

Are you saying that we will go to court before CAS ? or regardless of outcome ? Or only if we loose at CAS or should I say do not get fully cleared

Sometimes you have to consider who it is you're replying to and then perhaps just not bother.
