Well the only paper that would publish them is Der Spiegal because of them being illegally obtained. Who owns Der Spiegel, the New york times.. last time I checked they are the 2nd largest shareholder of the LFC. Who has most to gain from us losing points in the 2014 season? and who has been caught hacking us already. Strange that he only hacks us, and why would he in the first place, hacking football clubs is hardly lucrative, unless he has been hired to do so.

It's to be Hope's our powers that be know all about this, I'm sure they do, and will act accordingly.

Agreed, it feels like people are getting a bit carried away.
I do think though mate, that “should” we lose the first CAS battle then we won’t stop there, we will feel even more wronged (if that’s at all possible) and feel even more resolute in our wish to bring the whole deck of cards tumbling down.

The two situations are entirely different though.

Back then the club saw UEFA as a business partner and thought they'd have to take a hit for PR reasons then move on. Now it be fair to say that they see them as a hostile entity who are affecting their profitability through prejudiced decisions.

As Khaldoon said he'd "rather spend £30m on the world's 50 best lawyers to sue them for the next 10 years" and he told the then Chief at UEFA that "this was a chance to avoid destruction of their rules and organisation".

This isn't going to end with some compromises and a handshake at dawn. Our Chairman threatened the head of UEFA to his face. UEFA in response consistently changed rules to stop our progress and then leaked details of the ongoing case.

I'm not saying that I know where the decision is going to end up, but I do know the the naivete of City in 2014 seems long gone.
