They won their appeal to shut down the investigation into FFP.

Wasn't that with CAS, we might well too. Doesn't mean they have got away with something. They still have FFP rules to comply to, same as us.

So Platini, who admitted to having conversations with people such as Berlusconi, regarding implementing FFP, has now been arrested for corruption re the World Cup (which should be cancelledl).

But of course, should he be found guilty of this particular corruption, it of couse gives no indication that any kind of skullduggery was involved with FFP, & those other fine upstanding sporting gentlemen who were so keen to have City investigated & those who then brought it here, by pressing the PL (Arsenal headed notepaper wasn't it ?).

I am not sure about cutoff but from a report... "Paris St Germain have won their appeal to dismiss UEFA's investigation into the club’s financial affairs, after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) ruled the decision to close the initial case was “final and binding”."

Given the power Qatar have in UEFA (More than City) and that they are in an information war, the corruption of Al-KHelaifa is involved in - that Al-Khelaifi wouldnt be trying to bring City down? Everyone knows why these rules were brought in and who was behind it. Great to see one of the instigators of this whole farce arrested and hopefully he will be jailed, along with a few of the other conniving shits.

we did break the rules for seasons 2011-12, 2012-13 because the rules were designed so that City failed them, and they tightened them still further during the assessment phase. They do what they want.
