Conn knows the other side of the story in that UEFA went back on statements made to City, yet he doesn't even mention it.

Agreed. Reads like a rehash of stuff in the past, perhaps to once again remind everyone of what happened years ago, should the current investigation turn up nothing they can charge us with.
