For MMA fans I thought this event deserved a topic of its own rather than the general UFC thread.

Tomorrow night is the biggest fight in UFC history. The middleweight rematch between the new Champion Chris Weidman and the greatest martial artist of all time, the former champ Anderson Silva.

It's also the womens match up between Ronda Rousey (C) and Misha Tate.

What are peoples picks?

Main Fight Card Live on BT Sports 1.

Main Event - UFC Middleweight Championship (185 lbs)
Chris Weidman (c) - 10-0-0 vs. Anderson Silva - 33-5-0

Co-Main Event - UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship (135 lbs)
Ronda Rousey (c) - 7-0-0 vs. Miesha Tate - 13-4-0

Josh Barnett vs. Travis Browne
Lightweight Division (155 lbs)
Jim Miller vs. Fabricio Camoes
Dustin Poirier vs. Diego Brandao

FOX Sports 1/BT Sports 1 Prelims

Chris Leben vs. Uriah Hall
Gleison Tibau vs. Michael Johnson
Dennis Siver vs. Manny Gamburyan
John Howard vs. Siyar Bahadurzada

Online Prelims

William Macario vs. Bobby Voelker
Robbie Peralta vs. Estevan Payan

Silva thrashes Weidman in the rematch

Rousey by armbar, because... Armbar

Josh Barnett taking Browne to school

Jim Miller by split decision

Brandao split as well

Chris Leben by tko because Hall is afraid to hurt people inside of the cage.

Tibau in a stinker

Man Gam by knockout
Bahapoppydiddybop via tko

Marcario and Peralta win their prelims.

Think I'll hope for most of that, although I'm hoping for Tate to win over Rousey and Hall over Leben.

Can't call the main event though. Was the win by Weidman a fluke or has age finally caught up with Silva?

Re: UFC 162: Weidman v Silva II

this should be interesting!

I'd bum em both, or let them bum me (more likely).
The ladies that is...

Edit: Disappointing, nobody shot mud or jelly at them to get em' going.

Apparently they had an altercation in the back and had to be kept apart.

They are both so hot and yet they could rip me apart without really trying. Can't wait for their match up tomorrow.

I call it a fluke because Spider never dances that early in a fight and was showboating like crazy, had his chin up and got caught by a guy who can knock people out.

Spider clearly didn't respect him enough in the first fight no matter what he's said to the press, that's why Weidman reacted the way he did in the finish.
