theres been other footage of similar balls of light and it looks like what I saw in 2001/2.

Right up about the height of the clouds two objects whizzing around, stopping suddenly, starting again, dropping rapidly, speeding too fast to be an aircraft then then exploding across the sky and out of sight.

Listen to the background noise. The guys sound like they're in an echo chamber, and the general noise from the car would be much louder.
