Ugo Ehiogu Really sad news

RIP Ugo. 44 is no age to die, although this isn't much comfort to his family at least he died in what he enjoyed doing.
 
Sometimes athletes can be so fit that the slightest ailment can cause serious problems.
I remember former Oldham player Alan Groves dying of a heart attack aged 29... he was still playing. They said he was too fit.

RIP Ugo. A fine player
