Uncharacteristic Scholes

Just like to make a note on a rag player from yesterday.

How many times did Scholes misplace a pass? His distribution was shocking, and I got really fed up with hearing "Uncharacteristic Scholes" from the commentator too. I think he is a very good player, there is no denying that, but I thought he was poor yesterday, and just wondered if anyone else agreed.

It was possibly the worst perfiormance by Scholes I have ever seen in a derby game.

Fletcher and Anderson were also shit. As was Rooney.

That's what makes the defeat so much harder to take...

Morning Soulboy - I must concur, although I would add that the reason that all those players were shit, was because ours (Kompers, Gaz Baz, Silva, Micah etc) were simply far too good for them. If we'd only had a centre forward who spent his time in their half rather than our own, I'm sure we'd have beaten them yesterday. Ruthless is not our watchword
