Are we now Underdogs for the Semi across the 2 legs against Liverpool?

Spine has been removed from the team

Kompany Toure
Silva YaYa
Dzeko Balotelli

Things were looking so good, I think Mancini is right that we need to strengthen and fast!

If we don't take a lead into second leg then we must surely be.

Beginning to worry so much about the referees now as they seem to be attacking us in all the major fixtures

Take all of those players out and tell me which of what is left would you swap with Liverpool?

Still favourites!

Will be 11* against 12 again but Liverpool are missing Suarez still, the main risk is how we handle with their 300 crosses without Vinny, he was a rock last time and Liverpool's whole approach seems to be hoof it into the box from anywhere.

*Until another scumbag referee sends off one of ours.

We are still overwhelming favourites with the bookies.

Betfair has us at 4/7 to qualify and Liverpool 2-1.

I think its closer than that to be honest.

it's bigger than the players out though, we are getting stitched up I'm sure of it

Hod on, hold on... you conveniently miss out Hart form th spine ... good to go tomorrow

You include Kolo as if he is some keystone of the back 4... squad player....

Granted , Yaya out and that's a miss... Silva possibly.. that' a miss too

but we can bring in Barry/ Milner/ AJ in midfield

You mention Balo / Dzeko out up front ... any latest news???

If both out we go 4-5-1 or 4-2-1-3

stop flapping....

We may buy some cover in the Jan window but ..hey maybe not... we have a returning squad for the last 2 months of the season that can win us the Prem

Don't panic Mr Mainwaring !!!! (Clive Dunn pics , please !!)

In our eyes and with the bookies, would be interesting what the neutrals were to think and what if we pick up injuries to Lescott and Aguerro in the next match, we all know how bad thugs Liverpool are with Charlie Adam and co diving into Challenges

I cant see Adam playing after his performance in the league game. Gerrard will be in for sure.

Will be tough for sure but we proved that with 10 men on Sunday, we were more than capable of matching and being better than United! We were without the Toure brothers, Kompany (most of the game) and Silva in the 2nd half and Dzeko and Balotelli didn't even play; I think we did well enough to prove we have a strong enough squad and mentality at the club.

It's easy enough to play Micah at CB with Zab at RB or Savic at CB with Micah at RB. The midfield will consist of Barry and Milner in the middle, then Nasri, Johnson, Aguero and Balo/Dzeko (if fit) IMO.

Good enough team to be honest! We might struggle if they sit back and try to hit us on the counter because it will be difficult to break them down without Silva playing his little balls through the middle but we have another threat with Johnson if he plays his game beating his man!
