Undisclosed fees

According to BBC website, Smith-Brown to Plymouth, Davenport to Blackburn and Buckley-Ricketts to Peterborough have all gone for undisclosed fees. Does that mean we got nada for them? Or have those clubs suddenly got some cash to spend but don't want anyone else to know? Or are there sell on/buy back clauses to keep secret?

Who generally decides to not disclose a fee? The buying club? The selling club? Any why?

Apologies if discussed before.

If both clubs are privately owned they don't need to disclose fees. If one of them or both is a PLC then they have to disclose them to the stock markets. Most of press ours are undisclosed and the media just guess.

We probably got nominal fees and don't want to give that information away. I'd imagine we also include fairly heavy sell on clauses and low buy backs (see Maffeo) as part of them all.

Although I doubt we'll ever see any of these players return.
