It's a little worrying that the press blitz followed by the Leicester result might actually mean Rooney isn't forced into the side anymore. We all thought there must have been a contractual obligation but perhaps that isn't the case. Either way they stood no chance of the league with him always in the side, but they could be a bigger thorn if Mourinho is allowed to relegate him to the bench.

Rooney says he'll retire from international football after 2018. What makes him think he'll still be wearing an England shirt? Oh, I forgot......Big Sam. He can play anywhere (and presumably any time) he wants.

Every dog has its day and theirs was yesterday against a shocking defensive 1st half from Leicester. Not worried about them at all, they seem to think that it will take mourinho a year to win the title....this from a set of fans who before the season started quoted Pep as being over hyped, our squad not being as good as theirs with squad depth !! and mourinho with the more experience in our league.
They have a tough few months ahead with some tricky fixtures sandwiched between their Europa schedule, which will be their downfall
They are going to have to fight it out for a top four spot, Liverpool are looking the most dangerous and arsenal will always be dangerous. They for me are our biggest title rivals this year.

Don't forget Spurs, the filth do have these performances in their locker and sides do give them far more respect than they deserve and when people start getting giddy on here mocking them they tend to come up trumps. They could be there or there abouts but don't mock them ignore them and don't count our own chickens until the season is over and hopefully we are victorious.
