Pogba should be the icing on top of the cake. Problem for the rags is the fact their cake is made out of shit.

People saying Pobga shows flashes of brilliance are correct, his ball to set up the goal for Juve against us last year was sumptuous. Problem is that is not enough for the most expensive player in the world. People have compared him to Yaya, but he has nowhere near as much in his locker as Yaya had. People remember Yaya for his lung bursting runs and wonder goals, yet Yaya dictated games for us from deep. He was the key to everything. Pogba is not clever enough to do that.
There's plenty of Blues who forget that. Short memories. Pogba has a long, long way to go to ever be as good as Yaya was a couple of seasons back.

Yet Mario won trophies in England and has won a champions league. I doubt Pogba will manage that (well the tophies in England part anyway) :-D

Hasn't Pogba won 4 titles and two cups in Italy, the only country he has played regular first team football for? I hope his trophy haul now ceases though unless he leaves the rags!

As long as they keep playing Rooney, they'll continue to turn in such poor performances and he has the same stranglehold on the national team. It was exactly the same with Beckham years ago.

Football pundits over here are completely hopeless and blinded by some faux patriotism.

But they did not play him in Holland and they were still shite

What the fuck is this !!

' Look at what you could have won', 'booby prize compared to Pep'. Made me smile.

Jose Mourinho will be haunted by Pep Guardiola for as long as he is Manchester United manager - Premier League 2015-2016 - Football - Eurosport UK http://www.eurosport.co.uk/football...chester-united-manager_sto5859484/story.shtml
Lazy, anachronistic comment about money bring the prime motivator for players moving to City. Anyone who believes that completely lacks vision and an understanding of what is happening at the club. Players like De Bruyne, Gundogan and Jesus didn't end up here by accident. As well as being well rewarded, they want to play for a team that plays beautiful, exciting, fast moving football - and there's zero prospect of that happening for them at united. The football there has been dog shit for years, irrespective of success on the pitch. The first 40 minutes of the Derby merely served to underline the chasm that now exists between the two clubs on the pitch.
