A warning doesn't make him immune from a ban though does it? Maybe the ref will decide it was worthy of a red after a few looks at various replays.

It was a proper leg breaker and Oliver should review the challenge and say he would have sent him off if he saw it properly. I doubt he will though.

But if he does not perhaps he should be given a red card instead of the culprit.
To have hindsight and still apply the rules improperly is much more indefensible is it not ?

I have to agree entirely. I was one of those saying we should buy pogba. How wrong I was. You could also argue that Fergusson was right in letting him go to juventus. Doubt he would have resigned him if still in charge. Another bad decision adding to their decline.
I was for signing him too. In defence I would say he is a luxury playmaker playing in a mid table, anti footballing Mourinho side.
At our place, surrounded by quality, in a Pep side things may be different.

Eye he may be able to bring the drinks on at half time

The options are: he didn't see it, so it's a three matcher, or he did see it and he plays next game. I cannot think even Bottler Oliver would choose the second option. This review system goes a little way to serving justice but it allows shit referees to perjure themselves and continue dispensing a warped version of the Laws of the Game. There will be many a manager who would not relish the introduction of video reffing, there will be hordes of fans who won't, I reckon about 670 million won't, and the TV producers, Rags to a man and woman, will be photoshopping the evidence to render a foot going straight on a shin actually making no contact by twelve inches minimum!

Agreed.

It's funny how they call Hazard out for diving/cheating, but quite happy with a team full of Ashley Youngs, lol.

The splinter in someone's eye is spotted before the plank in their own! Ash The Crash's dives were so outrageous - yards of daylight between - but refs seemed to be so compliant when Ferguson's conk was flashing in the technical area.
