United and Liverpool EFL project - proposal rejected

‘The plan calls for the nine clubs with the longest continued presence in the league’ of course we are involved in this shite, that wording confirms it to anyone with half a brain cell. City have sold their soul and I will not attend another city game. I’m done with the premier league
Qudos to Leicester and wham for opposing this obvious power money grabbing idea

This is a missed opportunity for City. We have been getting treated so badly by the media but now is a chance to be a shining light. We could lead the opposition against the red alliance. A lot of journalists are seeing it for what it is... Greed.
We could get so much good PR from taking a stance.
However for City to join up with the same snakes that tried their damnest to get us banned leaves a very sour taste. I don't think I'll ever stop loving City but part of the reason a lot of us love City so much is that were NOT united. Unfortunately it seems were sucking up to the same cartel that we always hated
Were not sucking up, if were involved, were part of the cartel we hated.

i wouldn’t be too hasty to start criticising City, the club know who’s been out to get them who hacked our computers,we may be playing the long game here better to be onside than have no influence at all,I’ve a feeling the rags and red scousers are going to be on the end of a PR disaster over this, the majority see this for what it is,i think we might see a power struggle which could see certain clubs isolated and eventually them having to make some sort of apology, the Americanization of the English game shouldn’t be allowed to happen ..

Just listening to the rag Mark Chapman and others discussing on radio 5 Live at the moment. Chapman mentioned "the Glazers and Abu Dhabi" as if we were involved trying to force it through! then Rory Smith saying "when Countries own Clubs like at City."
They are trying to bad mouth us and draw us in whether we are involved or not.

Probably already been mentioned in the thread but it occurred to me that there is no coincidence in the fact the power-grab Is happening now.

I’m pretty sure there would have been a big, visible, demonstration of opposition to this plan by fans in the Premier League. I also think that there would have been fans of the ‘big 6’ who don’t agree. It really wouldn’t look good at all. Sadly, we ain’t going to be able to show our disapproval.

so let’s get this right a club that’s only one one league title in 30 years and have only finished above City once since 2009. Then a club that cant consistently qualify for the champions league, hasn’t finished above City since 2013 and in that time have only broken the 80 points mark once. These twats want to dictate to Manchester City whats what? Fuck off!
