They really need to speak to their parole officers about being allowed out a bit more. There can't be more than a handful with more than a passing interest in football who isn't aware where the celebration comes from.

Controlled the game from start to finish.

thought we played well in the first half but were just moving the ball a little too slowly. Second half we ran them into the ground.

Ederson Rodri, Foden Walker Stones Bernardo were a class apart but especially foden.

Thought KDB had one of his off days to be honest but

Think we were in about second gear at times

We are going to have to step it up in the next two prem games however....that is for certain and we cannot keep giving away so much on the counter - esp against the scousers.

In fairness I thought he meant because we are so good and he is surrounded by world class players. But honestly, who cares what he says
 
I saw that Steve McLaren tapping his head bit and their crew waiting with the First Aid bag for ages before he went down. It was only as he went down that I cottoned on to what they were doing.
Something similar happened in the first half as well. At around 30 or so minutes in their 1st aid bag folk were ambling up and down carrying the bag and I immediately thought they’re expecting one of them to go down allegedly injured to give them breathing space!
Not sure why I didn’t realise that was what the head tapping was about!!
Cheating little ten bob note man!!
