I think we should calm down and for once I agree with Maureen, I can still remember when we would have been up in arms and shouting conspiracy if we had really tough away games before a Derby. When you are both battling desperately for a place in the Thursday night cup, Bournemouth is the last place you want to visit before a derby.

Silva, Ferdi and Aguero already City legends, and a few more on the way through. For me Ferdinhinho was a shoe in for MoM again, can't remember how many times this season I have voted for him. I also worry how we will ever replace him, Foden for Silva, Jesus for Aguero, no idea where the next Ferdi is though.

Would love to know what Pep was saying to Raz; don't know if it got covered in his presser as I wasn't home until 10pm last night (long drive...) so only had time for MotD. Mata's reaction was OTT. People seem to forget football is supposed to be entertainment and it's a poor show if you can't play to the gallery at moments like that.

the mail online gives Fernandinho 6.5 - same as Luke Shaw and Ashley Young!
They gave Lukaku 6.5 as well.
So just to confirm.... in yesterdays game, Lukaku and Fernandinho both scored 6.5/10 for their performances. The same score....
SOMEONE THINKS THAT YESTERDAY THEY BOTH PLAYED TO THE SAME STANDARD!!!!!!

I'm in awe of Fern at the moment: he is in a rich vein of form but I went for Bernie as MotM and that was before I checked any stats and found that whoscored.com easily ranked Bernie as MotM.

I recon, he was saying, pass it.
I think he was pointing & saying Sterling should have been continuing the quick pass & move stuff; that's how you take the piss, rather than messing about on the ball & drawing more potentially negative attitude on himself.
