they should be challenging without any signings as already have the most expensive team and squad ever assembled in the PL
We shouldn't be using this line against them, as I have a feeling they could return it against us next season.

And herein lies the difference. We are investing in our own future, ensuring that revenue we are now earning off our own backs continues to make us self-sustaining both on and off the pitch. They are unsuccessfully throwing money at a problem of their own making to try and make it go away.

What a club in their position should be doing is investing in youth. It's a crime that we aren't seeing any talent of note coming out of their so called 'Academy', and quite frankly a sad indictment of why the national squad is now so poor. Instead they choose to throw money around left right and centre on flops like Di Maria, Mata and Falcao without even the slightest pause for thought on how they could possibly integrate into a team which relies so much upon the route one methodology.
Their half-baked actions are having a disastrous effect on the England team, players' careers, and the transfer market.

Talk about ruining football.

Why is 'Manchester' not in the thread title? A bit disrespectful to the 20 times champions of England......

Oh shit, they'll be in mourning.

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has ended his media blackout to insist he is "happy" at the best club in the world.

Is it just me or are the quotation marks in the wrong place there?

Im sure the refs will do all they can to give the cunts a leg up here and there as they need it.

Dont for a second think they can win it but they will get top 4 by fair or foul means.
Yep Mr Webb and Mr Riley will direct their officials accordingly.

Confused me why United let Clyne go to Liverpool, they desperately need a consistent right back.

I'm not convinced that Coleman is a top player and he's nearly 27.

Anyone else getting the feeling that LVG has been told to get to fuck by the Glazers as far as big spending goes? It's looking like after getting their fingers burned by last years random panic buys by the turtle they are back to minimal squad maintenance while the owners skim their annual dividend.

I know he is a rag but a great move for an up and coming English coach.

Better news, he won't be on MOTD anymore. Cheers Valencia, you've done the people of England a huge favour, any chance you need a Robbie Savage to clean out the toilets or something?
