I agree, but I'm not having it that you guys are the benchmark for transfer success. Your strategy is the same as always, bid more than everyone else. Although in many cases there wasn't anyone else. Look at Mangala 31m and Fernandinho 34m. There wasn't a queue of top clubs waiting to sign them.

The levels of delusion amongst rags is hardly surprising given that whenever they might be forced to question what's going on, they get bombarded with positive spin from the media. You'd need a strong mind to question that and unfortunately, as we all know, they're just not built that way having been raised on a diet of spoon-fed success.
