If you look closely you'll notice that the media spin has begun, and my view is that the nearer we get to the Euros, the more spin will be placed on his performances. The latest one is that he's working incredibly hard.......yep, incredibly hard. Just watch it, you'll see it unfold in front of your eyes, especially with the form of certain forwards for Spurs and Leicester.

Richard Edghilll god bless him always worked incredibly hard - i knew he should have been England captain

Think Ricky Hatton must've suffered a major head injury just before he retired then. Stated on Fletch & Sav last week he felt sorry for some of his rag mates after we announced Pep was coming.

Imagine feeling sorry for fans of that lot!!!

I feel sorry for The Carrick Fan in the same way I feel sorry for the X Factor candidates who are hopeless.
Both he and they should be taken on one side and have the facts of life explained to them.

I've heard for most of the season, how much Rooneys performance are in decline.
I never took a lot of notice in truth, mainly as the tags are insignificant, and I want them to lose, without analysing individual performances.
However, having paid more attention yesterday against us, I can confirm that he is fuckin woeful.....
And on form, Defoe would be in the England squad ahead of him....
Now before I am murdered for saying Defoe should be in the England squad, I don't believe he should be, but he should be ahead of Rooney....read into that neither should be in it.
Front 4 for euros (injuries willing) Vardy, Kane, Sturridge, Walcott....for me.
Anyway, this is a roundabout way of me being bought into the official "Rooney is shite" gang!!!!

Good post Sm, just requires a bit more gloating.

I actually thought Rooney was better and more mobile than the last time I saw him. Thats shows how much his stanards have dropped in the last few years. Carrick and Schneiderlen together in midfield with Fellaini and Schweinsteiger as back up. I think the only time I wont be scared of Yaya playing in a midfield 2 is against that shower of shite.

They looked so slow moving the ball more possession than Sunderland but didn't do much with it, the doughnut thief has got them out of jail a lot this season. I wonder where they would be if they had a proper working fax machine?

We need them cunts to finish 5th, no European football could give them a run back into the champs league the season after. I hope Jose is demanding a lot of money to save their bacon, I don't think he's got it in his locker to sort out the poor standard of playing staff they have and have them competing again.
