I'd say that he's right. Otherwise they wouldn't be 2nd and I doubt they would have made top 4. However, the greatest team in the history of the Premier League can do no more than win the league in record breaking style. While despite all the money spent, they are 1 point ahead of 3rd and 4 points ahead of 4th in such a 'poor' league.
