So you’re on here ‘baiting people’? In other words Wumming, which is against the CoC. Are you baiting about Pogba as well? Pretty childish if you are.
I wasn't baiting per se, I think it was just general sarcasm that you didn't really pick up on. Plenty of posters do it.

Also saying I can never be taken seriously again -

  • Don't abuse or personally insult other members. Treat fellow users with respect.
  • Avoid getting into personal arguments and derailing threads. Please keep it to private messages or, if necessary, use the ignore function.

Look. All I'm saying is I think Pogba is a good footballer. You have a problem with me put me on your ignore list.

That's a bit disingenuous.

I never said we need him, and right now it's hard to see who he displaces. But then again I think Christian Eriksen would do wonders for us but who does he displace in our team? My only point is that people are wrongly underrating a good footballer.

I agree. But he's still a very good footballer.

So let me get this right. Both Pogba and Eriksen would do wonders for our team but wouldn't get in it?

Top logic mate.

It may be that playing in a team with. Buffon in goal, CB's Bonucci & Chiellini allowed Carlton Pogba to do his show pony tricks and flicks, as he also had Pirlo, Marchisio and Arturo Vidal doing all the donkey work in midfield.

Now he's got Herrera, Fellani an Matic

No

As in they'd be very good IF they were in our team.

It's like saying Dzeko would do great in our current team. But he wouldn't get in ahead of anyone else. So would Fabregas but I wouldn't pick him ahead of Silva. Or Pedro with Sterling.

Hopefully you understand clearer what I meant about Pogba. In that I think he'd do very well in our team, but I don't rate him HIGHER than the current options. I think my rather unclear wording lent myself to your reply.

Feel free to post back if you don't understand further. Maybe without the patronising tone this time, mate ;).

Patronising? Your posted they would do wonders in our team mate, then went on to say they wouldn't get in our team.

Now we have Edin, Fabragas and Pedro in the mix.....

They were examples trying to clarify my position on Pogba. That he would do well in our team but I wouldn't have himover our current options. I've tried being rational, whether I've succeeded or not. Such as attempting in clearing up that my wording may have been poor, such as the wonders word you keep using. I think I have a point and you're refusing to reason with me. Nice chatting.

He wouldn’t though he hasn’t got a Fernandinho in him he hasn’t got kdb Silva Sane sterling and so on in him he just wouldn’t suit the way we play he is more suited to a hoof and run team.

Are they deluded.
Obviously they are.
Phil jones wouldnt get into glossops team.
Matic or fern.... let me think a minute.
And who exactly would pogshite replace.
Silva haha dont think so.
Kdb.....
See above.

They definately are deluded....they are quite a unusual bunch who actually lap up what is written in the press. I remember being at bbq with the family, where the majority are united fans, And may i point out that i am from Manchester and the only City fan (apart from my aunty and my 2 sons) yet they are not even remotely from manchester - they are pure glory hunters the lot of them. Anyway at this bbq they were giving it all the big united this, united that....were signing griezemann etc etc....myself and my 11 year old son just looked at each other and just smirked

They are in denial it is pure and simple. They have it etched on their faces and it hurts them to see pep producing this kind of football that is being witnessed

They're having a real dillemma over there at the moment.

They want to say their players are all individually better, but then someone pointed out that if they have all the better players then we must be better coached to be 5 points above them. Obviously they couldn't let that stand.

So they're now looking for a way for both their players and manager to be better despite doing worse than us.

Its a meltdown within a meltdown

I get that but Guardiola is extremely adaptable. Take the way we've changed as a team since Delph has come in to replace Mendy.

Whilst I agree he's suited to a hoof and run team, his performances his France and Juventus would have me believe he's suitable to other sides.
