Quite a horror show! First match since Jose took over I've turned off before the end. If this cowardly, confused mess is what half a billion buys you.....?

On the plus side, if we can get 3 points from a game like this, anything is possible.

I've got to the stage I'm not even sure we play the same game anymore, how anyone pays money to watch that shite is beyond me.

Just as a quick reference, as it stands today the rags have not played anyone in the top 10 after the first 6 games.
We have played two of them, Liverpool and Watford and have an aggregate score of 11-0.
Next weekend we will play Chelsea while they play Palace, so again we play another top 6 side while they will play the team at the bottom.
Nothing that they can do regarding the fixtures but the test of how good they are will come after they play some of the better teams.
 
Really not impressed with these guys. They do what they need to. Nothing fancy. Will be interesting to see how they do when they are actually tested.

Sometimes that's all you need.

If we keep on the way we have started then no one will get close to us.

However I personally think they are much better this season, scoring more goals and not conceding. They will be top 3 with us and Chelsea for me.

They certainly get the job done. They may well be too next weekend as Chelsea is a very tough place to go for us.

It is but it's too early to get too worked up about league placings at the moment.

The only thing that can stop us this season for me from what I have seen so far is injuries. I think we still have a gap at left back if a Mendy out for any length of time and Cb if Kompany is and do look vulnerable at times.

I can't begin to imagine how good this side will be next season once everyone is bedded in properly and we address the gaps.
