Bugger. Normally a 4-0 thumping 0f them would fill me with joy, but it's the worst possible result for us. I hate playing a team that's been trounced in its previous game. They will do something to halt their slide, and Rashface won't fluff an easy chance like he did here.
I really fear a reaction - and all will be well at the swamp, according to the "experts". It is their cup final - the only one they have this year. They'll be well up for it, believe me.
Please, City, do what Everton did. A scruffy win will do though.

They were all taken in by the media narrative that claimed the squad was strong but were "just underperforming." Anyone who has actually watched a football match can see that the team is technically quite poor. Lukaku is just a lump really, Rashford is fast but not an intelligent player as is Martial, Pogba is not in the top ten midfield players in English football. The defence with Smalling, Jones, Lindelof, and Young is essentially a Championship level defence. Matic must be the slowest midfieder in the Prem.
They have been lucky all season. I think they are in a false position and are actually worse than a top six side. They need seven or eight new players just to compete properly within the top four (not just one-off games)
This is the reality whatever the brainless idiots in the football media claim. Long-standing United fans know these players are shit but they are drowned out by the know-nothing fanboys.

The four you name in that post plus the alpaca were all at the swamp when the pisscan was there,Tom Daley, Smallthing and the new Stan Laurel having just signed contract extensions.
