The hype around Pogba is incredible. I watched every match in the World Cup. He had two good 15 minute spells for France in the whole thing and apparently that makes him world class. When he left Juve (and we had been linked with him) I read some Juve fans forums and their support were scathing about him. He was carried at Juventus. The media have created another false narrative. The pundits always say: "We know he is a fantastic player....but.
I only know one United season ticket holder. He has followed the Rags since the 60s. He has consistently told me that Pogba is, to use his words, "total shite." Over the years they have had Robson, Scholes and Keane so surely proper United fans know what world class looks like. Pogba is just a fraud and those so-called experts who keep saying he's world class know nothing about football.

Yes but they are PAID to say he is world class..thats expert media manipulation by the hyperbole machine that surrounds him...keep mentioning his name,and the leg end continues.If you employ clever agents ,a players name can be constantly in the news on a positive note..even if they are playing shite....by way of example Zaha at palace has had a fantastic amount of media coverage this season...at one point The Guardian were 'reporting' that Bayern Munich were weighing up a £50 M bid for him....this at a time when he hadnt scored a goal in 17 games for palace!!
Pogbas team of agents show an efficency that the player himself rarely does...the pogba team make so much bloody money they can afford to influence media outlets(ie the guardian) desperate for any financial handout....
Thats,sadly,the state of journalism in this country today.money talks...
