As the number one member of the "I don't want Sanchez" club, it's been tough keeping my smugness to myself tbh. But he's been so much worse than I could have possibly imagined, his transfer thread was full of people claiming he should replace Aguero, which has aged well

I also remember certain posters on hear claiming that Sergio wouldn`t get "a look in" this season as Jesus would get far more game time.

Yeah, agree with all of this. There's no way it was green lit by the hierarchy. I doubt Pogba even has access to the men above and I don't see them communicating with players, Nevermind asking players to undermine the manager in public.

Having said that, i do get the feeling that he's almost speaking ob behalf of the changing room, as captain. It's almost as though he's vocalizing what their players must be thinking as the frustration increases at having to play defensive football.

As you said, it does make things sticky for Mourinho. If Pogba is echoing what a bunch of their players are feeling, rather than speaking as a lone voice, there's not much Mourinho can do.
