Strange that all of a sudden Sanchez is leaving the Rags and it is going to save them in the region of £55-60 million in wages over the final 2 years of his contract, somewhere around £500k per week. But they have spent the last 3 years trying to convince everyone these figures were just media bullshit.

They also seem to think this means they can spend £60 million on a centre half, I assume they won't be getting paid any wages then?

He has two years left on his contract which would cost the rags around 50m in wages, they getting him of there books for around 30m so they’ve saved 20m.
