Its been coming for a while, its hypocritical of them when they will inevitably be gloating about how much cash they have but football is a hypocritical game they wont care, They will soon be challenging for titles again.

Yes it has and will present a huge threat to us especially as a) we still have serious rebuilding to do b) Pep will be leaving (would be great if he does another 2-3 years - but he will go at some point).
Also importantly they are now in a good position to get CL and outsiders for the title (mainly through the worst non offside I’ve seen in 50 years) so this means they will be attractive to the very top players.
Plus the PL and media will be wetting themselves. All this of course assumes Qataris winning the bid
