When commentators use the word "play" with reference to McTwatface, aren’t they being rather generous?
70m Honcho 70m Magwire 70m Lukaku 70m casimero 70m Di Maria 70m pogbra, all cost more than every player in our entire 11 year istree, bar Herr-BandI think you're forgetting Sancho, not surprised though, so have the rag's.
Why on earth would he sign away his career just to sit on the bench at the swamp ?
This is happening in reverse with us. I have heard the younger supporters questioning why us FOC hate Swales with such passion. It's interesting - if you look at their red cafe, the older fans (middle-aged and older) still won't hear a bad word about him. But as you go down the age ranges more and more people are beginning to resent him: for the reasons you mention and his meddling such as the phone call to Ronaldo. I suppose as the years and years pass without a PL or indeed a trophy of any kind, I can only see this continuing until a majority of their fans hate him.... but I don't think we are quite there yet.
I would have thought 30 years in the wilderness might have been the clincher for all ages. Swales “My part in City’s downfall.”This is happening in reverse with us. I have heard the younger supporters questioning why us FOC hate Swales with such passion.
Clockwork Orange style, make them watch all the worst moments of his time running the club. This is happening in reverse with us. I have heard the younger supporters questioning why us FOC hate Swales with such passion.
Rags had 2 free kicks in the first 35 seconds.I watched the game against Burnley last night up until the point were they scored their second. I'd like to highlight that Vinny has Burnley playing a brand of football that is the polar opposite of what we would normally expect from them under Dyche.
Up until I turned it off, I'd go as far as to say that United played a counter attacking game at home to a Championship side. Burnley looked more dangerous in possession of the ball, especially in the final 5-6 minutes of the half were they hemmed United in.
I believe, despite numerous 50/50 fouls from each side, Burnley got their first free kick on 35 minutes. The ref gave United a free kick every time they went down... unfortunately for Burnley - they were treated differently.
I appreciate they weren't at full strength, but they were bang average last night and relied on Burnley playing out from the back to create a lot of their opportunities...
As for Dubravka, god help them if De Gea has a spell on the side lines.
