The last time I did complain to the BBC several years ago (something not football related) it took them several weeks to reply with an irrelevant fob off, then several more weeks to reply to my response, again with another irrelevant fob off.

I admit I gave up pursuing the matter from there on, so their delay - fob off - repeat endlessly tactics did wear me down in the end.

To be frank, I’m fully expecting a similar approach from BBC. But I’m a really stubborn shithead when I’m in the mood… and Stone has put me in the mood!
