I don’t disagree with anything you’ve said in that post but tbf you seemed to presented the Glazer model as the only example of ‘what constitutes a successful businessman in the modern world’.

It’s one such example, but there are many others.

I didnt mean to imply that the Glazer model is the only successful business model in operation today, but i suspect its more prevelant than a cash rich, debt free business with zero liabilities.

You dont agree with anything I've said? So you're saying that no one has ever personally enriched themselves on the back of a debt ridden failed business before winding that business up and riding off into the sunset? Interesting opinion.
