Sorry guys, gotta go against the flow.

Stick Rashford in a team managed by someone with tactical nous and capable of a bit of compassion and he will score goals.

I like him, always have.

I think he would flourish at City under Pep...and I think he would at Arsenal.

Both playing styles suit him perfectly.
You’re joking right ? have a look at his work rate trying to close down Barkley when they played Luton. Says everything about his attitude and work ethic. Flourish under Pep ?? Lmfao

Hang on…I think I’ve been clarkied …damn

The rags with Radcliffe sticking his two penny in are no different to how they were with just the Glazers in charge. They could have shut all the speculation down about Ten Hag immediately after the cup final, instead they tried to convince Tuchel to be boss to no avail. It looks like there’s no one about who they can immediately offer the rag job out too.

If it’s winning an FA cup that’s saved him by playing two banks of five against a City team that had been on the piss prior to the cup final they seem to have forgotten what happened the rest of the season. This is the manager that hung Jadon Sancho out to dry sensing him to train alone which resulted in a loan move where he ended up in the champions league final.

Players like Maguire and McTominay were wanted to be sold by him early on in the season but ended up being their best performing players. This at the same time where his actual signings flopped, not one single player he has brought to the club can claim to have had a good season last term.

Then you look at their European campaign where they finished bottom of the group with the likes of Copenhagen and Galatasaray giving them a battering.

Then in the league they finished 8th with a minus goal difference, their worse finish in 30 odd years. Am I missing something here, is this progress and there’s even talk of him getting a new contract on top of that. Winning the FA cup is not a barometer for success, Roberto Martinez and Brendan Rodgers didn’t go on to win Premier League when they won it.

Scruffy Jim needs to fix the roof and can't be having a new manager coming in and wanting to spend half a billion on a team rebuild at the same time.
I can see him bringing Southgate in halfway through the season and telling him to manage the players he's got.
