yes............the game was crying out for elano and his final pass.

yes, we won but we nearly didnt (if not for Given) and I think we maybe couldve scored more with him on the pitch

I agree with most that Elano should play more than he does but yesterday Hughes showed he knew what he was doing by not bringing him on because we won in the end and got three points!!

he was about to come on when we scored. if we were a team with more confidence and a set of players who had been together for a few more games, then maybe an attacking substitution to kill the game off was the right move. at the moment, keeping the 2 DM formation was exactly the right thing to do, and got us 3 points.

elano will get his chance when SWP gets his mickey mouse 3 match ban for 'violent conduct'. or should that be danger mouse?
