Upload iPod To iTunes Library?

Having had my laptop, phone and iPod all stolen last week in a burglary....I was wondering if there is a simple (for a tech illiterate like me) to upload the stuff on my missus's iPod to my library on my new laptop?

TCIB etc....need yer expertise!

I wouldn't use iTunes. Use Winamp plus the ml_ipod add-in, both of which are free and offer a million times more functionality than the pretty useless iTunes.

I cant remember what I used but I think I went onto youtube and downloaded a free program, plugged in my ipod and was dead easy to transfer your whole ipod onto the said laptop..all I can remember about doing it was that it told me go in to my itunes setting to make sure itunes does not start up when I connect my ipod....seek and you shall find
