p.s Just had homemade leek and potato soup. Nice.

This is downstairs, but its far from safe to go upstairs though. Its like a war zone!!

I've just had a peek and its still kicking off. Everybody seems to be going round in circles now. Repeating themselves and each other over and over again.

Check back in another three days, hopefully it might be safe then.

It's calmed down a lot, still getting quite a few repeat topics but we are merging or getting rid as soon as we see them.

I met a couple from Montevideo once. We were staying at the same place in Newport, Rhode Island. After a long conversation about the contrasting tactics of the Tupamaros urban guerillas and the Shining Path in Peru I tried to engage them in an in depth analysis of the salinity levels of the River Plate but they seemed to suddenly forget how to speak English.

Full English brekky please, no egg as I have this weird allergy to them. Oh, and I'll have some black pudding too. Any left over black pudding then check out the Black Pudding thread for some nice recipes for lunch.

To top off a shitty 24 hours i had to walk home tonight from work, Ashburton Rd West(Trafford Park) to Castlefield because of the barton bloody bridge expanding and all the roads were gridlocked in Trafford Park and my bus didnt turn up
