21 States have laws that prohibit partial birth abortion s. I'll let you rub to cells together and figure out what that means for the other 29 or so States.
19 States allow abortions past gestational state in case to protect the life and or physical and psychological health of the mother.
I'll leave you to figure out the loophole in those laws. If it's beyond your comprehension just ask Foles. He at least can rub 2 cells together when he's not busy feigning ignorance.
You'd think as a Senator and one of those the Constitution specifically empowered with the job of writing and passing the laws of the land, I wonder why it never occurred to her to make Roe into law as is her duty.
