There was one county that was doing it by hand with 5 people and it took the 5 people 4 hours to count 50 ballots cos of miscounts and discrepancies.

The Hispanic vote in Florida is killing Dems and is turning Florida into a red state rather than a toss-up.Thats intresting as MSNBC are reporting he's locked in the Hispanic vote which means he'll piss it by 20 points.
