Pentagon staffers are dropping left and right.

The Pentagon has seen shake-ups this week, with top officials leaving amid leak investigations and other rifts.

Three officials were placed on leave over leaks, but that hasn't been the only upheaval.

Nearly the entire Defense Digital Team is expected to head out amid DOGE chaos.

Colin Carroll, the chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Stephen Feinberg, Dan Caldwell, a senior adviser to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Darin Selnick, the Defense Department's deputy chief of staff, were all placed on administrative leave this week.

This development came amid a broad and seemingly chaotic investigation into recent leaks.

The leaks included information related to military plans for the Panama Canal, the Red Sea, and a trip by Elon Musk to the Pentagon to discuss China and US-provided intelligence for Ukraine.

A reliable informant identified Mr Garcia as an 'active' MS 13 member with the 'Westerns Clique' and described his rank as 'Chiqauo' and his gang name as 'Cheli'.

His deportation order was stayed under argument he was at risk of deathly harm from potential 'rival' gangs in his home country of El - Salvador. An immigration court concluded and an appeals court affirmed the evidence showed he was a gang member.

In 2022, a Tennessee highway patrol stopped Garcia in a car, immediately suspecting human trafficking. The officer found that Abrego was driving without a valid license, transporting 7 passengers from Texas to Maryland

One of the passengers he was transporting was on the terror watchlist. The Tennessee cop contacted the FBI ( at the time under the leadership of Christopher Ray and the Biden/ Harris Administration). and according to the Tennessean Star, the FBI instructed the officers to release all 8 individuals. Potentially releasing a MS 13 gang member, a potential terrorist and a car full of people they were potentially trafficking.


But hey!!! He hasn't attacked ( well, other than his wife), raped and killed some innocent jogger yet...So bring him back I say.... Its about "due process." Bring back our Maryland man. A father, a husband and a Maryland based Chicago bulls fan.

Because if they can do it to this 'innocent Maryland man," you could be next!!!!

That maybe so, but in a democracy you can't do anything without the rule of law being followed.
Garcia was deported and a senior judge said the flight was illegal because d process had not been completed - the judge was ignored.
Hopefully there will be consequences. If not, the US is on the road to a dictatorship.

From the ACLU - The Obama administration has prioritized speed over fairness in the removal system, sacrificing individualized due process in the pursuit of record removal numbers.

Yesterday the Migration Policy Institute ("MPI") released the report, The Deportation Dilemma: Reconciling Tough and Humane Enforcement, on the Obama administration's immigration enforcement record. One of MPI's principal findings is that the deportation system has dramatically changed over the past 19 years – moving from a judicial system prior to 1996, where the vast majority of people facing deportation had immigration court hearings, to a system today of nonjudicial removals, where 75 percent of people removed do not see a judge before being expelled from the U.S.

According to an analysis by the Migration Policy Institute, more than 12 million people were “deported” – either removed or returned – from the US during the Clinton administration. More than 10 million were removed or returned during the Bush administration. Far fewer – more than 5 million – were removed or returned during the Obama administration.
