Anyway the point is there are loads of popular social media platforms that have zero to no real Democrat champions on there, they stood by and watched the Republicans take over them and have free reign influencing younger voters.

We have laws to deal with that. Laws society has deemed reasonable for resorting to violence.

If I say a word you don’t like and knock me out for it, whom do you think should face punishment? The guy who says a word, offensive to some or not, or the person who resort to personal violence because he has no words?

I suppose it's where your income is to begin with. If you are on the breadline, or struggling, then of course money will be a big concern. Some people don't have the luxury of a bigger picture.

Sadly, in this instance, I believe in the freedom of people to say what they want.

However, it’s the algorithms that DRIVE INFLUENCE that I have the problem with. That is manipulation of speech via hidden agenda.

Personally I don’t have issues with people stating an opinion, everyone’s entitled to that. I do have an issue with people intentially lying though and deliberately staying false facts either in the press or social media.

I think there should always be some form of regulation for that. Musk thinking community notes on X is the only thing needed and for it to be self regulating I completely disagree with.
