My girlfriend cant attend the fulham game, so im thinkin of taking someone who is older than the 19-21 age bracket. whats the liklihood of them not getting allowed in with it?

keep your head down, shield your ticket from prying eyes with a quick in and out at the gate and you will be fine.

You go through first., ask the steward who is watching the lights the time or some other disracting question, your mate goes through whilst the steward isn't looking at the lights! I't whats you do init!

did the same thing for the arsenal game. used season card for 18yr old but paid the extra up front. cost me £29 so I won't be doing that again in a hurry.
Went in on lads card for the west ham game with no issues.

ta m8, can u pay to have it bumped up to an adults one for that one match?

Yeah you can, I do that for evening games with my sons junior one, for the West Ham game cost £23 to upgrade to an adult seat.

My lads got under 21 ST and I ve upgraded a few times to adult when he cant go, think it was about £14 to upgrade. You can do it over the phone option 1 then 2 (I think)

cheers for the replies. i emailed the club & they said it would be £7 to upgrade, but i think we might chance our look and if they do ask, we'll just have it upgraded. cheers again blues

You should be alrite, they check seasoncards like once in a bluemoon, i've only ever been asked once in donkey years, should be fine.

Theres a light system above the turnstyles, which is why there is a steward right in front of you when you enter.

If Hammond's mate (or Hammond) look around 21, then use that card, if not, upgrade... Actually, for £7, just upgrade!

Beware doing this, the light inside indicates the age bracket of the ST holder, you may get away with it depending on the steward, but if caught could have card confiscated.

Is it worth it for £7 ?

I went throught the rigmarole of 'upgrading' a child's season ticket when I wanted to take my 23 yr old niece to a game. Paid £17 and the ticket didn't work at the turnstile. Although 'upgrading ' was mentioned on the website none of the ticket office staff had ever heard of the concept. Eventually I was passed to 'the manager' who presumably was responsible for cancelling my child ticket without making it eligible for my niece.

My niece did eventually get into the match and as a bonus the £17 never appeared on my credit card statement.

Anything out of the ordinary is beyond City's appalling ticket office.

oh god i think i better just pay the money it is only £7 and i think if i got my girlfriends seasonticket confiscated she would rip my balls off
