I get you.No I know, what I meant was I hope they now get some shit decisions against them this week to balance it out.

The problem is, the shit decisions against them very rarely effect the result, and everyone walks away believing 'these things even themselves out over the season'.No I know, what I meant was I hope they now get some shit decisions against them this week to balance it out.
Their lack of transparency is a disgraceThe person who said that couldn't say where that information was from though and I haven't been able to find any reports stating that anywhere.
The nearest I can find is that bringing in the semi automated offsides wasn't added to the agenda at the relevant meeting between the league and the clubs so it hasn't actually been discussed. There are hints that club chairmen didn't want it to be discussed but we don't know if that's in the same way that club chairmen vetted the appointment of the Premier League chairman, was it all the Premier League CEOs or just two or three? Who knows.

Premier League says no to semi-automated offside technology
The Premier League has reportedly rejected the chance to introduce semi-automated offside technology (SAOT) ahead of the 2023/24 season.worldsoccertalk.com
There's also some reports saying Howard Webb has blocked it's implementation as they're still discussing which parts of the body should be used to determine offside.

Premier League semi-automated offsides held up by body issue
The Premier League are likely to introduce semi-automated offsides eventually, but only after further determination on which body parts will be considered relevant.dailycannon.com
Like most things surrounding VAR, there hasn't been much clarity, discussion or sharing of information around this decision.
And Wolves still have 0 ptsThey have. Referee Simon Hooper, video assistant ref Michael Salisbury and assistant VAR Richard West haven't been selected for net weekend's round of PL games.
manspewshited in the top 4 without V A R utter bollox:) The Shields Gazette, really? These tables are always rubbish, this one particularly so.
Because Carragher will have been instructed to support that narrative by his paymasters. Do people seriously believe he's allowed to have his own opinions?Carragher didn't think it was a penalty - how?

I think you are all blinkered crackpots and tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists. Don't you remember how bad it was before VAR? 94% correct decisions now vs 74% before. Diving has been cut out, dont you remember Salah? They can't get everything right, it is just to get the big decisions right. And there were only 6 mistakes all last year. The independent review panel says so.Looking forward to reading the thoughts of those that think most of us are just delusional conspiracy theorists for asserting there is corruption in the PL which includes attempts to influence the outcomes of matches via officiating (which includes VAR).
“Why would they attempt to influence matches via VAR? It would be too obvious to explain away and eventually something would be done!”I think you are all blinkered crackpots and tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists. And my favourite. If they are trying to manipulate outcomes, either we are very popular or they aren't very good at it.
Did I miss anything?
