VAR (PL introduction 2019)

It would be quicker for you to look it up yourself, rather than me do it & report back. It's not just 'wrong' decisions I am talking about either, it's also which incidents are ignored or chosen for review & I have given a clear penalty erview on Barry, as an example. That is a pen. There is no rule exemption which allows the keeper to push a player, standing still, in the back. Just because refs let it go, so often doesn't mean they are right. It's a pen.

But nobody gives a fuck about that, because it isn't the designated talking point. Even West Brom haven't spotted it, yet it's plain & obvious.

The game is run by simplistic idiots & this gives them more power.
Also wasnt there a new rule/directive last season about pushing/holding in the box on corners ? which we got punished for (stoke away) not seen many refs since give a pen for a similar offence

but yet again you are talking about officials and how bent they are not VAR, and i'm afraid you are the one saying VAR gets it wrong

Yes exactly, great example.

It was made clear to us, that any such offence is a penalty & Sterling was even booked if I remember correctly.

If anyone reads that thread, they will find people saying Mike Dean was correct & I promise, they will find me saying 'these wankers will not adjudicate this rule, the same way, in other games' exactly as I'm saying now that these wankers will not adjudicate the v.a.r. decisions evenly.

We can also look at mike Dean doing Sterling for celebrating, at Bournemouth.

No, i'm saying officials get it wrong & are either incompetent, biased or corrupt or a mixture of all 3, & this gives them the power to decide the outcome of football games, however they choose.

Surely that point must be clear by now, I've been making it since the thread opened & indeed before the thread existed ?

No.

They will then adjudicate whether any player who (unlike sane) IS in an offside position is interfering. There is an argument for either case.

So if Sane had been offside, one day it would be a goal, the next not. And the same bloke wiill give both decisions on different days, because that is what they do.

mate you are so consumed with officials being bent against us that you can't see reason. in a tight call like sane yesterday they will check it and apply the law correctly

No matter how good the VAR system is , unless the review is actually carried out in a transparent manner , then the FA and PIGMOL will continue to operate in a clandestine and corrupt/inept manner .

It is very apparent that our officials are influencing the outcome of games in a very inconsistent and questionable manner imo.

Once again, your opinion - or mine - is not a fact. Lots of people thought it was a wrong decision.

No one apart
Which is why my argument throughout the thread, & before the thread existed, has been about the fucking bent clowns who can decide who gets the 'benefit of the doubt' & which incidents get reviewed & not the tecnology.

Their record using video reviews so far, having a week to get it right, is fucking appalling.

Now they have a minute. Good luck with that.

What, VAR has got everything right....

Barry pushed Mingulet first so if anything, seeing as Barry did it first, it should be a free kick to the goal keeper. However as both players were "at it" the game should go on as it did. And the correct decision was made...

but again where it has been used so far the correct decision has been arrived at( i agree the barry incident should have been reviewed)

If you read my post, I explained why I was using this example.

No I understand that, just funny with your viewpoint on Var you picked an example that backs up the VAR system completely. Probably because you couldn't find an example of VAR not working..... Funny that....

No he didn't. You are not looking at your own v.a.r. correctly, which is exactly what i am talking about, people not interpreting the evidence correctly.

Look at it again, from the moment the ball is kicked. Barry is stood straight up, in front of the keeper, doing nothing wrong. He is then fouled & then leans back when he is pushed again.

Nobody has bothered to watch it properly.

have the reviews thus far been carried out in a transparent manner or not? they seem to be to me

No, iwanted a picture with lines on it, to make it easier for people to understand my point.

it is easy, if anyone bothers.

excuse my ignorance, was this reviewed or not, i'm getting confused now

They do that now anyway in the old system. VAR should drastically improve this. With your view point above, its mad your so against VAR.

Exactly. Yet another example of refs in the old system implementing rules one way against us and not being consistent with other teams. And City getting the shit end of the treatment. Just like Silvas goal yesterday. VAR should improve this drastically.
