I’ve been diagnosed with this , a right pain in the balls.
Anyone else ? If so, did you have procedure or live with the on/off pain ?

Seriously, you have my deepest sympathy, not the same condition but I've had bollock issues in the past, felt like my world was falling out of my scrotum for a month after the op.
