not really forced off
he was slow off the start and webber took track position after vettel tried to put him in the wall and he refused to yield, his own stupidity/arrogance has cost him the race

not really forced off
he was slow off the start and webber took track position after vettel tried to put him in the wall and he refused to yield, his own stupidity/arrogance has cost him the race

probably, probably not
vettel is the better driver, but you could look into the story's of favoritism
webber didn't like being overlooked.
