Good player. Will be excellent given the right team mates and environment. City should be all over him (or Hoilett or Sinclair) cos he'll be relatively cheap.

Mancini didn't rate him that's why we have AJ instead
Might also be down to the fact Mancini wanted a player that could come straight in as well

The latter seems more the case I think, wasn't Mancini/City put off by the price tag Palace attached to him (£5m) having bid £3.5m ?
