Videos on an ipad

I expect it has been covered previously but I can't find anything.

How do I watch non-You tube videos on my ipad seeing as flash player is not supported?

What do you mean your own videos or just ones of the web? Skyfire browser app from the app store through your iPad plays more flash videos
