Can these not be added at the bottom of each thread?
I know it sounds petty but these are the buttons i use to navigate the forum and it makes sense that when you have finished reading a topic that these buttons/links would be there.

Dont know how easy/difficult it would be to add these.

m8ty dont u see the Icons within the Topic Titles when u enter a Forum section?

Move ur mouse over the Note Icons, and see the wonder...
